The "migrant quota" system imposed by the European Commission in September 2015 provided for the forced relocation of 120,000 migrants between all EU member states.

The EPP and the PES - the centre-right and socialist majority in the European Parliament - voted hand in hand for this mandatory relocation!

The majority of citizens of the Visegrád group countires oppose to the admission of illegal migrants. The Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland who have come together against forced relocation of migrants in Europe have thus been referred to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) by the European Commission for "failure to comply with their legal obligation" on the relocation of migrants!

A hearing was held at the CJEU in Luxembourg.

Because no country should be forced to accept migrants against the will of its People, the Identity and Democracy Party has decided to launch a petition - on a European scale - to support the Hungarian, Polish and Czech governments.

It's not up to the Brussels' technocrats to decide about national immigration policies and impose the relocation of migrants.
